Labor Day Classic Tête-à-tête Tournament

The MHPC is hosting the Labor Day Classic at Centennial Gardens on Saturday, September 7, 2019. In 2019 this tournament will be a week after Labor Day because of the regional Singles tournament scheduled for mid-August.

Our first tournament ever heads into its 13th year! This is an open singles (tête-à-tête) tournament to decide the champion of the Rocky Mountains.

Due to park restrictions, payment is not allowed the day of the tournament. Pre-registration of $30 for just the tournament is required either online here or by check (see instructions below). Pre-registration automatically assigns your name to participate in the tournament.

Before the tournament there will also be a mini shooting tournament with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Registration for both the tournament, and the mini shooting tournament together is $42. Click to register for both competitions here.

The deadline to register is by Thursday, September 5th at 10 p.m.. Registered players must check in at Centennial Gardens from 8-8:45 a.m. the day of the tournament September 7th. Games will begin shortly after 9 a.m.

There will be three preliminary rounds to determine our concours and consolante players for the brackets. Afterwards it will be single-elimination until we have determined our champion and medal winners. Registration fees go directly towards prizes.

To pay your registration fee by check, send a check for the registration fee amounts to Mile High Pétanque Club, 1480 S. Ingalls St., Lakewood, CO 80232.
